All rates are subject to a 10.25% room tax, and rates are based on hotel availability and do not include breakfast

The Alexandria Courtyard by Marriott commits to honor these rates and VSE Corp agrees to communicate with its travelers, naming the Alexandria Courtyard by Marriott as one of its preferred hotels. In addition, it is agreed that the Alexandria Courtyard by Marriott will be prominently positioned in any printed or electronic rate directories published by VSE Corp.

PRODUCTION: We are excited to offer the aforementioned rate to VSE Corp. This introductory rate is based on room night production. The discount is a volume discount offered based on your availability to direct travel to this hotel.

RESERVATIONS; Reservations may be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card or a night's deposit including the room and occupancy tax. In the event that a reservation is guaranteed for late arrival and the guest "no shows," the appropriate room and tax charges will apply. Reservations may be canceled without penalty by 6 pm the day of the scheduled arrival. A cancellation number must be obtained from the reservations department for future reference.

BILLING PROCEDURES: All guestroom charges including room, tax, and incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual traveler. If a traveler does not have a credit card, a cash deposit will be required upon check in at the front desk. Check in time is at 3 pm, however if the guestroom is clean and available earlier than 3 pm, we will be more than happy to accommodate your traveler.

Terms of this agreement are subject to review at which time room night production will be measured and evaluated. The Alexandria Courtyard by Marriott reserves the right to cancel or alter the terms of the arrangement within thirty days written notice.
